Specifications for submitting Digital Artwork:
Include PO# on all submissions as well as the job name. We are PC based, but we can accept MAC files in the programs listed below.

We prefer the following art programs:
Vector graphics created in:
Corel Draw (ver. 6.0 - 12.0)
Adobe Illustrator ( ver. 7.0 - 10.0)

We accept the following disks: Zip 100, CD-Rom and 3.5" floppies

E-Mail artwork to: art@valleyviewproductions.com (Make sure your artwork submission is less than 8meg. in size.)

We prefer that you supply a PMS number for your color selection If you don't know the PMS color, you can access a chart by clicking here.Files should be in Pantone SPOT Colors, not CMYK, unless you need a 4 color process imprint.

To avoid font problems make sure all fonts are changed to curves or outlines.

We Cannot Use Bitmaps i.e. jpg's, gif's, or bmp's except for reference purposes only. However we can use High Quality bitmaps to create full color imprints. For full color art we prefer .tiffs at 200dpi full size.

*Saving a bitmap in an art program as an "ai. or cdr." file doesn't convert the file to a useable format. The art must have been built in the specified program. However, if your art is in a bitmap format we can work with it in some cases. Submit the art and we will advise you if additional art charges may apply.

Specifications for submitting Camera-Ready or Original Artwork.

We accept camera ready art from:
line output
stat camera
and 600 dpi laser printer.

Artwork furnished from a laser printer must be from a printer that is 600 dpi or greater. Artwork furnished from a laser printer should be at 200% of size or the largest even percentage that will fit an 8.5" x 11" sheet. Artwork should be separated if more than one color and a composite should be included. All PMS colors should be identified on the art to avoid errors.
